New Patient Registration

consultation1The doctors welcome new patients who live within our practice area. 

If you wish to register with this practice you need to attend the surgery and collect a Patient Registration pack from one of our receptionists.

You should then complete the forms and return them to the Surgery.

As it often takes sometime for records to be forwarded from your former practice all newly registered patients will be asked to complete a health questionnaire. Medical treatment is available from the date of registration.  Please contact reception for further information.

Practice Area

As with all practices we are only able to accept Patients who live within our practice area.

Our practice area covers:

  • Ratby
  • Anstey
  • Thurcaston
  • Cropston
  • Newtown
  • Linford
  • Groby unless you live beyond the traffic lights on the A50 at Lena Drive
  • Glenfield unlessyou pay your council tax to the Leicester City Council
  • Kirby Muxloe unlessyou  live to the right of the “T” junction at the end of Main Street i.e. Gullett Lane, Hedgerow Lane, Links Road, Desford Road, Barons Close and The Huntings orto the left of the “T” junction beyond Wentworth Green  

The following areas are outside our practice area and as a result we are unable to accept Patients who live in any of the places below.

  • Markfield
  • Heathley Park
  • Bradgate Heights
  • Kirby Fields
  • Leicester Forest East
  • Glenfield Hospital Accomodation – Glenfrith Close, Farm Drive
