Let's Talk

Let’s Talk Wellbeing is a service that provides psychological assessment and treatment for what are known as mild to moderate common mental health problems, which in 1 – 4 of us suffer with at some stage in our lives.

Let’s Talk Wellbeing provides high and low intensity CBT counselling, EMDR, ‘talking-treatments’ and self-help programmes for mild to moderate mental health problems such as anxiety and depression. Having a chance to talk to someone who is qualified to help can make all the difference.

Mental Health Cafes

There are Neighbourhood Mental Health Cafés spread around Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland, run by trained and supportive staff, who are there to listen and provide the practical support you may need when you need it most.

If you’re 18+ and struggling with your mental health, we can help you make plans to enable you to feel safer, as well as explaining who you can turn to for help in your local community.
