Patient Feedback

Positive feedback provides a morale boost for our hard-working staff and rewards good practice. Should you wish to compliment the surgery or any particular member of staff you can do so in person, in writing, via the practice e-mail address (glenfield.surgery@nhs.net), by completing the Friends and Family online  or the comment card in reception 

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.

However, we recognise that there may be times when you might not be happy with the treatment you have received. We will aim to address any concerns you have when you raise them. Should you remain unhappy with the practice’s response and wish to submit a complaint you can do so by contacting Diane Alonzo, Patient Services Manager, writing to her or via the practice e-mail address (glenfield.surgery@nhs.net).
